All-analog Step Sequencer from the Decade of Decadence

An authentic reproduction of a legendary synth module from the 1980s, the Behringer 182 Sequencer is the beating heart of Behringer’s System 100 Eurorack module series. Boasting all-analog circuitry, this two-channel eight-step sequencer is perfect for programming Tangerine Dream-style synthwave ostinatos and pulsing Moroder-esque basslines. Each of the Behringer 182’s 8-step channels is routed to independent CV-outputs for running two sequences in parallel, which you can use to send contrapuntal melodies to two separate oscillators, create polyrhythmic patterns, or devise complex CV modulations synced to the same tempo. Alternatively, the Behringer 182 has an option for running the two channels in series for a single channel of 16-steps. You can control the tempo of sequences manually or via an external clock, and the Behringer 182 has a front panel Stop/Start button to launch and end sequences. A delay control acts as a portamento, setting the length of time it takes for a note to rise or fall; and a gate control lets you set the pulse width of the steps.  Use it alongside the other Behringer System 100 modules or any of your favorite Eurorack and get transported back to the decade when analog synths ruled supreme!

This is the Behringer System 100 182 SEQUENCER Module. A 2-channel 8-step analog sequencer with each with its own control voltage knob and global Tempo, Delay and Gate time Adjustments. This is an authentic reproduction of the original “System 100M” circuitry from the 80s that can fit in a standard Eurorack case.
