This set of three calibrated pickups includes two SSL-6 pickups for the Neck and Bridge positions, and one SSL-6 RWRP for the middle position. The Seymour Duncan SSL-6 Custom Flat is a beefed up true single-coil Strat pickup for warm instruments. Perfect for Texas blues rock, classic rock and heavy rock.

Use the reverse wound, reverse polarity (RWRP) middle pickup for hum-canceling in positions "2" and "4" on the five-way switch, and the SSL-6 pickups in the neck and bridge positions. For heavier and brighter-toned instruments with ash or alder bodies. Works well with maple or rosewood fingerboards.
