Animals Pedal Firewood Acoustic DI The Animals Pedal Firewood Acoustic D.I. is an active D.I. pedal that gives more power to electric and acoustic guitars for both live stage performances and studio recording. Manufactured with an analog discrete circuit, it outputs to a mixer or amp without any loss of subtle expressions. The three-band equalizer can adjust the tone according to track, venue, guitar or power amp traits. Dissonant frequencies are cut, providing effective feedback suppression. The EQ can be bypassed with a foot switch. The Firewood Acoustic D.I. features sound circuits with abundant headroom, gain control to manage signal output, an effects loop for adding additional pedals, and a balanced XLR output for connecting directly with a mixer or providing phantom power for the unit. There is also a DC out that can power other devices when the D.I. is connected to a direct power source, all of which make the Firewood Acoustic D.I. a versatile useful tool for conveying the crisp, clear tone of your guitar.
