Do you buy used instruments?

We don't currently buy or sell second-hand instruments as we're working on obtaining our second-hand dealer license. Once that's in place, we'll be offering trade-ins and used instrument sales.

Do you offer payment plans or layby?

Absolutely! If we don't have what you're looking for in stock, we can special order it for you. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to place the order. This ensures we're bringing in exactly what you want.

Do you do repairs and how long does it take?

Yes, we repair all types of instruments and specialize in extensive guitar repairs - from basic setups to complex restoration work.

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the repair and our current workload. Simple jobs like restringing or basic setups can often be done while you wait or within a few days, while more involved repairs may take 1-2 weeks.

What's your return or exchange policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Returns and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the condition of the item and how long you've had it. Instruments must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Custom orders and special-order items are generally non-returnable due to their personalized nature.
